Property developer Bell Meadow are hoping to fill the Portal Business Park this year, and are offering incentives to new buyers, and to businesses who successfully help them promote the Park. They are asking businesses to display £4,000 Cashback vouchers, and offering a £1,000 reward to the business who passes the voucher on to a subsequent buyer.
